The vines receive sun all day long. Zayante's microclimate typically experiences wet winters, mild springs, and very warm summer temperatures, ideal for the production of premium winegrapes with perfect ph and acid balance. Zayante Vineyard uses traditional winemaking techniques; extended barrel aging with no fining and minimal filtration yield wines of exceptional color, flavor and balance.
