Graeser Winery is located within the Diamond Mountain Viticultural District. Recognized as one of the great regions in the world to grow Bordeaux varietals, the wines from Diamond Mountain can be profoundly complex, generous and age-worthy. Hillside vineyards are prized in the Napa Valley for producing wines with great character and dimension. Here at Graeser we make estate wine from hillside vineyards and we make it very gently, using small open top fermentors and the best French and American oak barrels. The resulting wine is lush and detailed, elegant rather than overblown, balanced and approachable in its youth yet capable of aging very nicely for a decade or more.
