2001 Grenache ( Cucamonga Valley ) 750 ML The Fruit for this wine came from the Cucamonga Valley were Dry framing and head trained vines dominate. Sweet smelling bouquet of ripe fruit black cherry, robust and full-bodied with lovely finish. Serve at 16 - 18 C with red meat, game, poultry and cheese. Food match: A natural match with a fat roast hen; fruity enough to go with the white meat, tart enough to stand up to the dark. Technical Notes: TA: 7.1 g/L PH: 3.58 ALCOHOL: 14.8% COOPERAGE: 100% American Oak / Med Toast TIME IN BARRELS: 18 months
